Questions, answered
When do I get paid?
A commission is earned when your guest completes their resort tour. Our team approves earned commissions and pays them in the next payout cycle by PayPal, Stripe or bank transfer, with a statement for your records.
What counts as a qualified guest?
A new customer who comes through your link (within 30 days) or that you submit from your dashboard, books and pays for a package, and attends the resort preview. Guests who do not qualify at the resort, do not show, or cancel are not paid.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. The program is completely free — no fees, no inventory, no quotas.
How do I get my links and materials?
Once approved, you get a personal dashboard with your links, QR codes, ready-made posts, emails, texts and flyers for the packages assigned to you.
What happens after I apply?
You will get an email to create your dashboard password, then our affiliate agreement and IRS Form W-9 to sign online. Once both are signed, we review and approve your account and assign your packages.
Are there rules for promoting?
Yes — promote honestly: disclose that you are an affiliate (#ad), only message people who opted in, and use the prices and offers in your kit. Full details are in the agreement.
